Healthy Living’s “Can’t Lose Diet” is being sued for pirating a promotional video from a rival weight loss company, NutriMost. After receiving a cease and desist letter, Healthy Living merely put up a shortened version of the plagiarized ad. Though the video seems to be removed now, NutriMost is seeking $300,000 for the theft and subsequent losses they have suffered. Allegedly, Healthy Living swiped the video from the NutriMost website, including NutriMost customer testimonials, and simply replaced “NutriMost” with their “Can’t Lose Diet.”
NutriMost patients can lose up to 40 pounds in 40 days. The groundbreaking program combines new body scanning technologies with healthy lifestyles, leading patients to a slimmer, healthier body. There are no pills, no prepackaged foods or shakes, no hormones, and no surgeries. Patients lose weight quickly, but in a healthy way, eating organic foods that they can buy at the grocery store. NutriMost Resonant Frequency scans and a body composition analysis reveal which foods help the body burn fat and are best for the patient’s weight loss and nutrition. In addition to weight loss success, NutriMost patients have even reported improvements in medical conditions such as high blood pressure, chronic pain, low energy, and diabetes, to name a few.
Wellness advocate, Dr. Rob Vasquez, says NutriMost helped him lose over 60 pounds that he’s kept off for over a year. The key, he says, is to eat organic foods, eat more vegetables, be aware of sugars, and use NutriMost’s body scan and body composition analysis to determine which foods will fuel personal weight loss.
